Scary Video Shows What It’s Like To Drive Through A Burning Town

Northern California erupted in wildfires over the weekend, and much of it — what NBC’s Lester Holt described as twice the size of San Francisco — remains largely out of control.

The Valley fire, notable for how fast it grew in Lake County, north of Napa, burned through 67,000 acres and more than 580 homes, forcing 13,000 people to evacuate as of Tuesday morning, according to the Los Angeles Times.
