  • Passengers on Norwegian Cruise Line‘s Norwegian Breakaway ship told the Miami-based CBS affiliate CBS4 News that they were left on charter buses without food or water for hours after Hurricane Dorian forced their the ship to reroute from Miami to New Orleans.
  • After the ship docked, the passengers were reportedly confined to a cargo terminal with little communication from Norwegian about how they would get home.
  • Some passengers “begged” to get off the buses, according to CBS4 News’ report, though they were later given sandwiches by Norwegian employees.
