Boeing Reports Some 787 Inspections Not Completed

CNN is reporting that Boeing has advised that some inspections on the Boeing 787 were not completed although this is not an immediate safety issue.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has launched an investigation after a Boeing employee reported the issue to his superiors.

While the investigation occurs, Boeing employees will inspect the 787s it has not yet delivered to airline customers and develop a plan for the planes that are currently flying, the FAA said.
