Aviation photographer Jarrod Swanick has captured the plight of the aviation industry with a fly-over of the grounded airliners at Alice Springs in Australia.
The photos taken over the weekend of March 6/7 show mainly Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pacific Airways aircraft.
But also can be seen are aircraft from Cebu Pacific, Scoot, Virgin Australia, Tigerair, and Jetstar.
A passionate enthusiast Jarrod (below) flew from Perth to Alice Springs, hired a helicopter to get these dramatic shots.
