Thai Airways To Order Up to 90 Jets?

According to Bloomberg News, Thai Airways is considering an order for up to 90 widebody jets from Boeing and Airbus.

Citing people close to the deal Bloomberg said the airline is planning on adding as many as 80 twin-aisle aircraft with a lease of a dozen narrowbody aircraft.

Thai Airways, which has seen its fleet shrink to 65 from 103 before the COVID-19 pandemic, has not made a final decision on the details of the agreement, said Bloomberg.

The Thai flag carrier has just come out of a court-supervised bankruptcy debt restructuring process.
