Qantas has claimed that Australia’s Consumer and Competition Commission has ignored the realities of the aviation landscape post-COVID as airlines battled a host of issues in restarting the industry.
Qantas has been accused by the ACCC of selling tickets on flights that didn’t exist in a two-month period in 2022.
